Goodtime John to play Whelan's
Goodtime John returns to Dublin at the end of the month for, em, more good times
Goodtime John announces his return to Dublin with an October 30 show in Whelan's.
Since he last played here at Lisdoonvarna, Goodtime has completed a six-date US tour, which included one of the famous Alt.Coffee events in New York.
Along the way he got to stop-off at K Records' Dub Narcotic studio in Washington State where he recorded two of his own songs, and guested on material by Wolf Colonel and Mt. Eerie.
Support at Whelan's is provided by Halfset, a willfully eclectic combo whose arsenal includes beats, samples, guitars, banjo, mandola, melodica and glockenspiel.
