Glasvegas for Dublin DJ set
Scottish chart hopefuls Glasvegas play a DJ set at Strictly Handbag in Spy on South William Street this month.
Glasgow's Glasvegas play a DJ set as part of the Strictly Handbag 14th birthday celebrations on October 27.
The Scotsmen will jet in for a set behind the decks following a London support slot for Oasis the previous night – providing them with the perfect opportunity to check out the Irish crowds ahead of their sold out December dates here.
Now Dublin's longest running club night, Strictly Handbag has moved their Monday night HQ to Spy at the Powerscourt Townhouse on South William Street.
Their weekend birthday party also includes parties on Friday in The Sugar Club and Saturday in The Loft at The Purty kitchen Monkstown.
Glasvegas are the latest celebrity DJs to grace Strictly Handbag, and they promise to keep the bar high with special upcoming guests and after-show parties, including MGMT, Paul Weller and Primal Scream.
Tickets for the Glasvegas set are on sale now from tickets.ie, priced €12.
Support comes from Phantom FM's Sinead Ni Mhordha.
