George Clinton to do his P-Funk thing in Vicar St.
The legendary American is over in May
Things get seriously ass-shaking on May 16 when George Clinton and the Parliament/Funkadelic mothership touchdown in Vicar St., Dublin.
A major influence on the likes of Prince, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Nas, Public Enemy, John Lydon, 2Pac, Ice Cube and wannabe presidential assassin Snoop Dogg, Clinton is responsible for such lysergic-drenched soul classics as ‘Atomic Dog’, ‘Dr. Funkenstein’, ‘Maggot Brain’ and ‘One Nation Under A Groove’.
Tickets are €39.50 standing or €45.50 if for some inexplicable reason you want to sit!
