Fun Lovin' Criminals for The Academy
The 'cousins from New York' play Dublin in January
New York outfit Fun Lovin' Criminals today announced a gig at Dublin venue The Academy.
The rock/hip-hop/blues/jazz act are responsible for such '90s hits as 'Scooby Snacks' – listen to it below, you'll remember it – and (stick 'em up punk it's) 'The Fun Lovin' Criminal'. In 2011 they released their first live album, 'Fun, Live and Criminal'.
The Dublin gig will take place on January 17. Tickets cost €25 and are available now from www.ticketmaster.ie and the usual outlets.
Hopefully there will be no storming off in high – or even low – dudgeon like there was when Huey failed to appreciate Rizzle Kicks' presentation skills on Never Mind The Buzzcocks.
The best tweet we've seen since is, "I’d quite like to see Huey Morgan hosting the Antiques Roadshow" from @neurosceptic. Sir, you made us chuckle!
