Fontaines DC and more to contribute prints to Teenage Cancer Trust 'Good Energy' exhibition
There will be a series of exclusive prints signed by the artists available on sale. All money raised will go towards the charity.
Fontaines D.C. and more have made contributions to the 'Good Energy' exhibition held by Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT).
The exhibition, consisting of a series of prints, will be displayed at the Royal Albert Hall in London between March 18 and April 9.
The collection is designed to capture the visceral sense of connection at live shows, and the deep bond that artists build with their fans in these settings. It works to explore the emotional core of live music, and the "mosh pit" not as a place of chaos, but as a symbol of safety and community.
There are 21 limited-edition silk screen prints that will be on display. The images have been personally selected by the likes of Fontaines D.C., The 1975, Wolf Alice, Sex Pistols, Nick Cave, Geese, Bring Me The Horizon, and more.
The photos include works of photographers Niall Lea, Jez Pennington, Tom Pallant, Peter Neill, Jordan Curtis Hughes, and more.
Alongside the exhibition, there will also be a series of exclusive prints signed by the artists available on sale. All money raised will go towards the charity.
The exhibition comes in time for the annual Teenage Cancer Trust charity gigs, which will see The Cure's Robert Smith as curator of the event.
The Cure are long time supporters of TCT, having played fundraising gigs for the charity back in 2006 and 2014. This year, Smith's line-up includes Garbage, Wolf Alice, Manic Street Preachers, Chvrches, My Bloody Valentine, and more.
The Royal Albert Hall has been hosting concerts in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust since the year 2000, with an array of musicians coming together each year to raise money to help young people face the struggles of cancer.
The TCT 2026 gigs will open on Monday March 23, with Elbow making their debut at the venue, joined by MRCY. You can find the remaining tickets here.
