Five Irish youngsters battling it out on The Voice Kids
Plenty of Irish talent on display in the children's talent contest show
Kids from seven to 14 can have a shot at singing stardom with The Voice Kids, a new UK show following the same format as its parent programme The Voice.
Irish talent is well represented on the show, with five singers competing in the battle stages this weekend.
Adam, Devon, Marby, Nathan, and Zena hail from various parts of Ireland.
The Gaelic contingent made a big impression on the judges, with Dubliner Devon's performance of One Direction's 'Story of My Life' prompting judge will.i.am to exclaim "I was sitting here in disbelief!".
Meanwhile, Zena struck gold with a cover of Jessie J's "Mama Knows Best".
Zena's pedigree is promising: she was brought up on sage to sing with Whitney Houston aged 7, and represented Ireland in last year's Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
The prize for winning the show is £30,000 towards their musical education, along with a family holiday to Disneyland Paris.
The winner will be decided next weekend.
