Tom Morello announces new album featuring KNEECAP
Everyone Gets Everything They Want is available to pre-save.
Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine has announced a new solo album, Everyone Gets Everything They Want, featuring contributions from KNEECAP and other artists, set for release September 25.
Other contributors include Serj Tankian from System of a Down, Beartooth and Tom Morello's son, Roman Morello. Tyler Smyth, Carl Restivo, Zakk Cervini, Dan Carey and Sam Nelson Harris have production credits.
Morello released a single off the album, 'Date Night,' today.
The album also includes Morello’s single, ‘Adjourn It,’ featuring Roman Morello and Tankian, which was released in May. The unreleased song that will feature KNEECAP is titled ‘Unconquered.’
‘Date Night’ “tells the true story of three young Dutch girls who served as spies, saboteurs and assassins against the Nazis during World War II,” according to a press release.
“I make anti-racist songs for anti-racists” Morello said. “I make anti-fascist songs for anti-fascists. And I make anti-Nazi songs for anti-Nazis. ‘Date Night’ is really a ‘which side are you on?’ song. If any of that offends you, do the math.”
Last year, Morello hailed KNEECAP as “the Rage Against the Machine of now.”
“What they’re doing in their art is what people could probably stand to do more in their lives: to really speak truth to power,” he said in an interview on The Strombo Show.
Morello is currently touring North America, with shows and festival appearances through late 2026 and early 2027.
Everyone Gets Everything They Want is available to pre-save here.
