First trailer released for forthcoming Ozzy Osbourne documentary
The film delves into Osbourne's health concerns and final wishes for a farewell show.
The first trailer for Ozzy: No Escape From Now has been released by Paramount+.
The documentary showcases the final months of Black Sabbath vocalist Ozzy Osbourne, with interviews from Osbourne himself, friends and family. It was directed by BAFTA winner Tania Alexander and is set to release on October 7.
The Osbourne family worked closely with Alexander to create the documentary. Sharon Osbourne is featured as a producer for the film.
The film discusses his accident in 2019 which lead to the cancellation of his farewell tour, as well his struggle with Parkinson's Disease during the final six years of his life.
The programme documents how Osbourne wished to put on one final show as a goodbye to his fans. The documentary was not intended to be released posthumously.
Black Sabbath's Tony Iommi will feature in the documentary, as well as musicians such as Billy Corgan, Tom Morello, Billy Idol, James Hetfield and Osbourne's guitarist Zakk Wylde.
