The fresh faces of Grafton Street and beyond show Hot Press their newest track
New up-and-coming funk indie group ‘Bleeding Gums’ are a regular sight along the sunny brick paving of Grafton Street and Temple Bar.
With bluesy riffs and pop-culture references, these young chaps are waiting for the world to figure out just how good they could be. Lead singer Cameron says they’ve no plans just now to approach a label, no doubt inspired by the new wave of DIY internet success. The group credit other artists who made it through busking as major influences, particularly Ed Sheeran, Ryan Sheridan, and Dub FX.
With a wide range of influences and a quiet, easy-going demeanour, we can expect much from the Kildare quartet.
