Emily 7 announce debut EP, share new single, and gear-up for their first headline show in over two years
Originally formed by Dublin 24 natives Kyle and Scott Bellew, the '90s inspired rockers have been on an apparent hiatus since 2021.
Ahead of their comeback single release later this month, Irish alt trio Emily 7 have announce their first headline show in 2 years at The Workman’s Cellar on April 4, 2024.
The Dublin outfit have also revealed their debut EP IT WAS FUN UNTIL WE HAD TO DO IT, an entirely self-funded project recorded at Darklands studios in their native city. The first single from the project, ‘There There’ will be available across all platform on Friday February 23.
The track marks the first new music from the band first since 2021, and includes a brand new line up of Daniel Clarke on Vocals and Guitar, Brandon Carrig on Lead Guitar and Scott Bellew on Drums.

“‘There There’ is everything to us, we knew it from the first time we played it," said Clarke on the upcoming tune. "It was a unanimous head nod that this is what we do and ultimately this is who we are, and it sounds like a f*****g jet engine.”
