DUG announced for Hackney's Féile MOTH 2026
The London festival, celebrating Irish music and culture, returns this June.
DUG have been announced as the first act on the line-up for Féile MOTH 2026, coming to Hackney, London from June 24–28.
The Dublin-based duo, who released their acclaimed debut album, Have At It!, via Claddagh Records last year, will play the MOTH Club on Thursday, June 25 – with tickets available here.
DUG – made up of Conor O'Reilly and Jonny Pickett – are currently in the running for the Choice Music Prize for Irish Breakthrough Artist, with the winner set to be announced at Vicar Street on March 5.
Féile MOTH launched over the May bank holiday weekend in 2024, as a celebration of Irish music and culture in London.
Taking place between the MOTH Club and its neighbouring venue, the Hackney Empire, the 2024 festival featured the likes of The Pogues, Andy Irvine, Martin Hayes, Junior Brother, John Francis Flynn, Brigid Mae Power, and Rónán Ó Snodaigh & Myles O’Reilly.
"We are excited to announce Féile MOTH’s return across various venues in Hackney in June 2026," Broadside Hacks, a London-based collective, label and promoter wrote online this afternoon. "Keep your eyes peeled for more announcements over the coming weeks..."
