Dublin's Lord Mayor helps launch Q102's Earth Hour campaign
Dubliners are asked to turn off all unnecessary lights for one hour on March 26
For the fourth year running, The Scott Williams Show on Dublin’s Q102 is encouraging Dubliners to do their bit for the environment.
Earth Hour 2011 takes place on March 26. At 8.30pm, it is hoped that all unnecessary lights will be switched off for one hour, highlighting global climate change. Last year, Dublin was one of the 4,000 cities taking part.

To launch their 2011 campaign, Q102's Scott Williams and Venetia Quick were joined by the Lord Mayor of Dublin, Gerry Breen, who modelled his very own Q102 branded environmentally friendly Dynamo torch. Pictures by Barbara McCarthy.
