DJ Shadow returns to the Emerald Isle this October, with appearances at Cork's Savoy Theatre on September 30, Dublin's Tripod on October 1, and Galway's Radisson on October 2.

He will showcase the live show he launched in July of this year - which involves playing classic tracks and new material from inside a giant 3D sphere, imposed with impressive live visuals, courtesy of audio-visual mastermind Ben Stokes.

Shadow's latest project was The 4-Track Era Collection, a series of his earliest recordings, which he released between 2007 and 2009. During that time, he also collaborated with fellow hip-hop DJ, Cut Chemist. Together they created a series of mixes that fused soul, funk, and rock. The pair toured together, and appeared at Dublin's Ambassador Theatre in '08.
