Declan O’Rourke lines up London assault
Declan O’Rourke plugs the UK release of his Since Kyabram album with an acoustic tour of London’s finest drinking establishments.
After limbering up on October 9 in The Fly, New Oxford Street, it’s off to The Troubadour, Old Brompton Road (10); electroacoustic club @ The Slaughtered Lamb, Great Sutton Street (11); Ginglik, Shepherds Bush Green (18); and The Betsytrotwood, Farringdon Road (19).
He’s also opening in November and December for Paul Weller who reckons that Declan’s ‘Galileo (Someone Like You)’ is the best song, along with The Libertines’ ‘What A Waster’, he’s heard in the last 20 years.
