Dani Larkin announces her first European tour

Dani Larkin has announced she will be going on a European tour. Following the release of her album, Next of Kin, in January 2026, the Next of Kin EU tour begins on September 24 in Germany.

The singer-songwriter will be performing in a number of cities, including Cologne, Antwerp, Zittau, Kinsale, and London. She will end the tour in her native Belfast in the Crescent Arts Centre on November 15.

Larkin is a songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. Her newest album, Next of Kin, was co-produced by Ruth O'Mahony Brady, best known for her work with Gorillaz and Sam Smith.

The album explores themes of queerness, Irish identity, and religion. The singer embarked on a UK and Ireland tour earlier this year to promote the record.

She explained the idea for the album during an interview with Hot Press in March.

"It’s a companion to life, love and death," she said. "The concept of Next Of Kin is about me, as an artist, showing up for my audience. It’s like: I’m here. I really appreciate your support in the work that I’m doing, this record is a gift to you. I hope it’ll provide you with good company for many years to come."
