Two member of The Corrs have put their homes up for sale.
While the property market in Ireland is generally depressed, there is likely to be a bit more than usual interest in the homes of two of Ireland's biggest pop stars.
Violinist Sharon Corr and her husband Gavin Bonnar are selling their Dublin mews house in Ballsbridge, at an asking price of €3.25 million. Given its location, the house is likely to appeal to others in the music business.
With a floor area of 1,647 sq.ft., it is a large mews, in a very prestigious part of the city.
Meanwhile, the eldest of the hugely successful siblings, Jim Corr, is selling his penthouse apartment in Donnybrook Castle on the Stillorgan Road. It is also in the region of 1,500 sq.ft., with three bedrooms – very large for an apartment in Dublin. The asking price is €1.1 million.
The sale of both houses is being handled by estate agents Sherry Fitzgerald.
The Corrs are currently on a sabbatical, with no current plans for a new record. Andrea Corr featured on the recent No.1 hit single, 'Here's To You Ronnie Drew' and appeared on the Late Late Show performance of the song.
