Chris Kabs concert to be live-streamed exclusively on Hot Press YouTube channel this Friday

The acclaimed Irish artist is kicking off the Bank Holiday Weekend with a special live performance.

Chris Kabs has announced a special live-streamed concert – set to be broadcast exclusively on the Hot Press YouTube channel this Friday, June 4, at 8pm.

In addition to producing hits for some of the biggest names in Irish hip-hop, including JyellowL's Choice Music Prize-nominated debut album, 2020 D|Vision, Chris Kabs has continued to take his rightful place in the spotlight, with a string of lauded solo singles over the last few months.

Ahead of the release of his eagerly anticipated album Therapy next year, the acclaimed Dublin-based artist has been offering fans a taste of what to expect with 'Fly Away', 'Your Ex' and 'More Than A Number'. The latter track was accompanied by a powerful video addressing police brutality – which premiered on hotpress.com in April.

With a growing reputation as one of the most compelling forces in Irish music, Chris has made appearances at several major Irish festivals, as well as playing headline shows at the Sound House and the Grand Social in Dublin.

His work as a producer with JyellowL, meanwhile, has been featured on both the FIFA 20 soundtrack ('Ozone'), and the hit TV series Normal People ('Oh Lawd').
