US singer Chris Brown has been charged with grievous bodily harm, for an alleged attack which is said to have taken place in a London nightclub in 2023.
‘’A 36-year-old man was arrested at a hotel in Manchester shortly after 2am on Thursday, May 15 on suspicion of grievous bodily harm," read a statement from the Metropolitan Police in London.
The statement also added: ‘’He has been taken into custody where he remains. The arrest relates to an incident at a venue in Hanover Square on February 19, 2023."
According to The Sun, Brown flew into Manchester Airport on a private jet yesterday afternoon. He was arrested shortly after at a five-star hotel where he was staying.
The alleged victim of Brown's attack is music producer Abraham Diaw, who claims the singer attacked him with a bottle and hit him over the head "two or three times." Diaw had to be taken to the hospital as a result of the attack.
