Marc Carroll is suitably chuffed with himself after his cover of the Bob Dylan classic ‘Gates Of Eden’ was put up on Dylan’s official website.

The cover appeared on the B-side of Carroll’s last single, ‘Crashpad Number’ and his current single, ‘Mrs Lullaby’, also features a Dylan cover, this time ‘Senor (Tales Of Yankee Power)’.

Not to be out done, the next single to be released from Carroll’s solo debut, Ten Of Swords, will feature B-side remixes by Damon Reece (Massive Attack, Liz Fraser, Spiritualised) of ‘Mrs Lullaby’.

In other Carroll news, the ex-Hormones man will be making a trip across the Atlantic for the South By Southwest music convention in Texas, as well as the International Pop Overthrow festivals in Chicago and Los Angeles, which are "far more interesting", according to the man himself.
