Cannabis Regulation Protest outside Dail
To accompany the presentation of Luke Flanagan TD’s Cannabis Regulation Bill to the Dáil – last night’s first round of debating made for extremely ineresting listening – a Cannabis Bill Protest is taking place from 6pm – 10pm tonight on Kildare Street with all welcome to come along and support the cause.
There will be a party vibe with live music and rhyming from Mojo Gogo, Nanu Nanu, Natty Wailer, Bionic Rats, Costello and GI.
Deputy Flanagan is hoping that the ensuing jollity will be loud enough to be heard in the chambers, so maybe bring yer’ whistle with you. His own address will broadcast live through the PA.
The organisers, NORML Ireland, are asking people to Facebook and tweet the details of the protest using the, ahem, hashtag #cannabisregulationbill
Needless to say, we’ll be in the thick of the rally action with a full report tomorrow on hotpress.com
