Brian Gleeson lands starring role alongside Mila Jovovich in the new Hellboy

Brian Gleeson has landed the role of wizard Merlin in Neil Marshall’s Hellboy.
Shaping up to be one of 2018’s most star-studded films, the reboot will also feature Mila Jovovich, Ian McShane, Daniel Dae Kim, Penelope Mitchell, Sophie Okonedo, and Alistair Petrie.
According to Hollywood sources, it will be “a darker, more gruesome” affair than the original Guillermo del Toro franchise, which is derived from the Dark Horse series of comics.
