Blood or Whiskey to support Manu Chao
Kilmainham reunion with the musician for Celtic-punk veterans
Blood Or Whiskey supported Manu Chao on his last visit to Ireland - and why mess with a winning combination?
A few weeks ago in our RHK Special, Dugs Mullooly revealed that Chao had personally chosen the Celtic-punk peddlers as his warm-up act. "He said he loved our band, and that's why he requested us. He knocked on our dressing room door with a beautiful bottle of ten-year-old whiskey to thank us for playing with him."
They'll get an opportunity to renew acquaintances this Saturday, as Dugs and the boys have once again been seconded by the French/Spanish superstar - a good reason to make sure to arrive in Kilmainham in plenty of time!
