Ash announce anniversary tour
Charlotte Hatherley will rejoin the boys for three shows in October.
Northern Irish rockers Ash have confirmed a mini-tour in celebration of the ten-year anniversary of Free All Angels, their fourth album.
So far, the band have confirmed three UK dates, though we've got our fingers and toes crossed that they make it across the pond too!
Former guitarist Charlotte Hatherley is set to join in the fun too. She left the band in 2006, but will rejoin Tim, Mark and Rick for the anniversary dates, which so far take in Birmingham's HMV Institute on October 20, Manchester's HMV Ritz (23), and London's HMV Forum (25).
The gigs will see the band play Free All Angels in its entirety, before launching into a greatest hits set. If these shows are a patch on the band's recent Whelan's gig, we'll be petitioning to bring 'em back!
In other Ash news, the band have joined We Are Scientists to record a track - 'Washington Parks', to raise money and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis. Do your bit by buying the track here,
