Arctic Monkeys announce details of UK and Irish tour
Sheffield’s Arctic Monkeys have announced details of their highly anticipated tour of UK and Ireland. The tour, taking place in September will showcase their new album ‘Tranquillity Base Hotel and Casino” which was officially announced last week.
The tour dates are as follows:
• September 6 + 7 – Manchester Arena
• September 9 + 10 – The O2 Arena, London
• September 15 – Birmingham Arena
• September 18 + 19 – FlyDSA Arena, Sheffield
• September 24 – 3Arena, Dublin
• September 27 – Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle
Tickets go on sale from Ticketmaster on April 13.

“Tranquillity Base Hotel and Casino” is the Arctic Monkeys sixth album, following “Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not” in 2006, “Favourite Worst Nightmare” in 2007, “Humbug” in 2009, “Suck It And See” in 2011, and "AM” in 2013.
“Tranquillity Base Hotel and Casino” is available for pre-order now, and will be released on May 11.
