Andrew WK Dublin-ward
With his new album in tow, Andrew WK is set to rock the TBMC
It's lock up your daughters and household pets time on September 29 when the mighty Andrew WK steamrollers his way into the Temple Bar Music Centre.
Regarded as nothing short of a god by Hot Press' Stuart Clark, the American will be showcasing his new album, The Wolf, which is due on September 8.
"For months I was working with a lot of different titles," he reveals. "I would stick with one and then I'd change it to something else – I had 200 different ones by the end of it! And then just when I was running out of time, I thought that The Wolf was perfect. And that's that"
Every bit as muscular as its I Get Wet predecessor, the tracks are: 'Victory Strikes Again', 'Long Live The Party', 'Tear It Up', 'Free Jumps', 'Never Let Down', 'Your Rules', 'The Song', 'Make Sex', 'Totally Stupid', 'Really In Love', 'The End Of Our Lives' and 'I Love Music'.
