Muse announce Simulation Theory film out later this month
Take a look at the trailer for Simulation Theory below.
Two years after the release of their latest album, Simulation Theory, Muse have announced a companion film of the same name – set to be released as an IMAX experience on August 17, and digitally on August 21.
Directed by Lance Drake, Simulation Theory is described as "blurring the lines between narrative and concert film, virtual and reality" – following "a team of scientists as they investigate the source of a paranormal anomaly appearing around the world."
The concert part of the film was filmed at London's O2 Arena in September 2019, during their major 28-country Simulation Theory Tour.
Simulation Theory: The IMAX Experience will be available to view in select cinemas around the country – including, according to the IMAX website, Odeon Blanchardstown, Dublin.
