Watch: official trailer for Oasis documentary Don't Look Back in Anger

The official trailer for the upcoming documentary Oasis: Don't Look Back in Anger has been released, ahead of its September premiere.

The two-hour film is created by BAFTA and Oscar-nominated Peaky Blinders writer Steven Knight and directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, who are known for the LCD Soundsystem documentary Shut Up And Play The Hits. 

"Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger charts Liam and Noel Gallagher’s triumphant reunion tour, Oasis Live ‘25, one of the most anticipated rock ‘n’ roll comebacks of our time," the synopsis reads.

"The film is an unapologetically uplifting account of the biggest musical event of 2025, capturing the experience and emotions of the band and their fans across the world."

It follows the Gallagher brothers throughout the Oasis Live '25 reunion tour, capturing rehearsal, backstage and onstage footage. Their Irish gig saw them play two nights at Croke Park in Dublin last August to an audience of more than 160,000 people.

The film features the first joint interviews between the two in more than 20 years.

The highly anticipated documentary will be premiering at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival on September 5, which the brothers are supposed to attend together. It will hit cinemas on September 11.

Following its big-screen release, it will stream internationally on Disney+ later this year.

The trailer comes amid rumors of Oasis commencing a UK and European tour in 2027.

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of their Knebworth gigs in 1996, Oasis launched a new range of merchandise including replicas of the jacket worn by Liam and the jumper worn by Noel at the shows.
