Woody Allen's next film to be fully funded by Amazon
Kate Winslet and Jim Belushi to star in Coney-Island set movie
After allowing them to distribute Café Society and creating a Miley Cyrus-featuring TV series for them, Woody Allen will renew his partnership with Amazon.
Allen is set to direct a Kate Winslet-Jim Belushi-starring film fully financed by Amazon, who will put up $25 million for the effort. The movie is set in Coney Island and will begin filming this fall.
Justin Timberlake and Juno Temple are set to appear in the film.
The Amazon deal represents a break in the relationship between Allen and producer Stephen Tenenbaum, who has worked with him since 2001.
