Watch: Trailer for First they killed my Father directed by Angelina Jolie
We finally get out first look at the controversial drama about genocide.
Before it's even out , Angelina Jolie has come under hot water for her upcoming film about the Cambodian genocide, First they killed my Father.
First she came under fire from Human Rights groups for reportedly using the Royal Combodian army to make the film and then there was that Vanity Fair profile that alleged children from Combaidan orphanages were being made play cruel games while auditioning. Jolie has since come out and said the audition process was misrepresented by the magazine.
Now we finally have out first look at the film and it must said, it looks quite emotional. Regardless of the alleged, controversial lengths the A-lister went to make the film it certainly appears she at least got the tone right for film with a delicate subject matter such as this.
