Watch: Netflix releases trailer for upcoming original film To The Bone
Netflix has launched the trailer for their new original film To The Bone. Starring Lily Collins as a young woman suffering from anorexia, the film was written and directed by Marti Noxon, who's gained fame over the years for her work on shows like Buffy The Vampire Slayer and UnReal. The film focuses on Ellen (Collins) who has been in and out of various eating disorder recovery programs in her teen years, but once she joins a group home run by an unconventional doctor played by Keanu Reeves, she finally begins to make progress.
With a witty voice taking honest look at the struggles young women have with todays beauty standards, the new film aims to inspire audiences to find their own self-acceptance. To The Bone will be live on Netflix next month on July 14. Watch the trailer below.
