Watch: Transformers 5: The Last Knight first trailer
The wait is over. After a teaser trailer yesterday, the new movie official trailer is finally out.
After the teaser trailer of Transformers 5: The Last Knight was released on the Transformers twitter account, the new movie trailer has just drop as expected.
Transformers: The Last Knight is the fifth film of the franchise and a direct sequel to 2014's Transformers: Age of Extinction.
The saga follows Optimus Prime finding his home planet, Cybertron, now a dead planet. After discovering that he was responsible for killing Cybertron, Prime needs to find a way to bring the planet back to life.
The film is directed by Michael Bay, with Mark Wahlberg and Stanley Tucci reprising their roles from Age of Extinction, alongside Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and John Turturro from the first three films. Sir Anthony Hopkins will also star in the new Transformers movie.
This will be the fifth and final Transformers film to be directed by Bay.
Transformers 5: The Last Knight is scheduled to be released on June 23, 2017.
