WATCH: Intense new 60-second 'Mini-Trailer' for Dunkirk
It's like the whole visceral experience of the film in microcosm.
If you had any doubt as to what this summers most nerve shredding trip to the cinema will be, then the new bitezise trailer for Dunkirk, released by Warner Bros. today, should amend that problem.
This latest slice of new footage seems to cram the intensity of Christopher Nolan's forthcoming epic into minute of mania. The film is reportedly going to be told from three perspectives: The British air-force, the infantry trapped on the beach below, and the civilian sailors who assisted in saving the lives of soldiers in the water and in bringing them home to England.
Recounted in Dunkirk are the events of Operation Dynamo, a mission planned to save the lives of thousands of British soldiers who had been left stranded on the french coast. Starring the likes of Harry Styles, Tom Hardy, Kenneth Branagh and Ireland's own Cillian Murphy, the film its slated for release on July 20.
