The festival inspired by the filmmaker's works will take place next month.
With the reemergence of Twin Peaks and new a documentary about his life out in Irish cinemas right now, David Lynch is talk of the town once again. He's now got a whole festival inspired by his work too.
Twin Freaks is a one day event that will take place in the stunning Wicklow countryside (Ballyhook Hill, Grangecon) on August 12. There will be an array of Irish talent present Katie Kim, Paddy Kelleher, Cobra Truth, Brian Conniffe, Veda Sparrow and more.
More than just the music acts, attendees will also be able to enjoy artworks, performances and film screenings. Dressing up as your favorite Lynch character isn't a requirement but it is encouraged.
On the event's website, potential attendees are told: "Get freaky, get weird, and get surreal with some performances from specially handpicked acts, artist exhibitions, and Twin Peaksy music that will leave a chill in the air".
