Sopranos Actor Passes Away
Frank Vincent, who will be best remembered for playing mafia figures in the likes of 'Goodfellas' and 'Sopranos', has died at the age of 78.
"We just lost Frank, may he forever rest in peace, a great legacy," his Sopranos co-star Vincent Pastore wrote on Facebook last night.
Frank Vincent, who died of complications following open heart surgery, was discovered by Robert De Niro who got him his first big break in 'Raging Bull'.
But Vincent, who was also a published author, might be most fondly remembered in Ireland for his TV adverts for TSB!
Pastore stated last night: "I just received a phone call that Frank Vincent has passed away … I’ll let all know about the services … We lost a great character actor and great man ... May he always stay in our memory.”
