Louise McSharry announces live 'In Conversation' show at The Sugar Club
Join Louise McSharry next month as she chats with a special guest about their career, beliefs and opinions on anything that might pop up.
In partnership with Selective Memory, broadcaster and author Louise McSharry has announced a live interview show at The Sugar Club.
'In Conversation with Louise McSharry' will take place on April 18th 2023 in the Leeson Street venue, with doors at 7:30pm.
"Well, this is exciting and scary!" McSharry wrote on Instagram. "I’m doing a live show! I hope you’ll join me and a room full of sounders (I know you’re all very sound) to spend a bit of time chatting, and taking a break from our lives. Grab your crew and treat yourself to a night out! Link for tickets is in my bio and stories."
Super excited to be doing a live show next month in the @sugarclubdublin. I’d be delighted if you’d grab a pal and join me! https://t.co/M0DgS4AyzX pic.twitter.com/cWCxSblUoZ

'In Conversation' will see the former 2FM radio host bring her warm, frank and open interview style to the live stage, a press release stated. She's set to chat with a special guest about their career, beliefs and opinions on anything that might pop up - much like her hugely successful podcast.
The Dublin writer worked in radio for 20 years before starting her weekly podcast, Catch Up with Louise McSharry. Each episode covers the week's news in current affairs and entertainment, as well as an interview with someone who's up to something interesting. Political correspondent and author Aoife Grace Moore (formerly of Irish Examiner and The Times, known for THAT epic 'Golfgate' scoop during Covid lockdowns with Paul Hosford) provides the Dáil Éireann drama and news beat.
Louise writes a weekly beauty column for the Irish Independent Weekend Magazine, as well as fortnightly opinion columns. She is the author of Fat Chance: My Life in Ups Downs and Crisp Sandwiches, and is passionate about equality, information and the craic.
