Karen Gillan Joins the Cast of Jumanji Sequel
The actress joins the movie alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
In an era of sequels and reboots, news of a Jumanji sequel comes as a surprise to no one. The fact that The Rock is in it is also no surprise. And it’s no surprise that Karen Gillan has signed to the film, either.
The redheaded actress rocketed to popularity as Amy Pond on the British science fiction fantasy series, Doctor Who. Since then, she’s appeared in other roles, including Nebula in Guardians of the Galaxy and its upcoming sequel.
