Johann Johannsson will Score the <I>Blade Runner</I> Sequel

More good news for the long awaited cyberpunk movie.

Just off the news of the final casting announcement of Jared Leto, the latest info for the Blade Runner sequel is that Johann Johannsson will score the composition for the film. Johannsson has been nominated for two Academy Awards for his work on The Theory of Everything and Sicario, as well as a Golden Globe for the former.

With the as of yet unnamed sequel not expected to release until 2018, the movie is a long way off.
