Thor: Ragnarok gets its Composer
Mark Mothersbaugh will score the third Thor movie.
More news for Marvel movies pours in as audiences prepare themselves for more superhero movies. At this point, the studio has crafted their hype building into an art, as they drip feed us daily announcements ranging from casting and plot details, to announcements for teasers of trailers for upcoming films.
Starting in 2017, Marvel will release three films a year, a plan they seem set on continuing annually. With Warner Brothers also releasing two DC superhero movies next year, audiences will have their plates full.
Our newest bit of information is that Devo lead man, Mark Mothersbaugh, will score the composition for Thor: Ragnarok. In addition to his work with the famous rock band, Mark has composed for Wes Anderson, Lord and Miller, and many others, including animated shows and video games. Hopefully, Mark can bring a distinct sound to the newest Thor movie, something that previous Marvel pictures have lacked.
Thor: Ragnarok will release on 3 November, 2017.
