Star Wars actress Daisy Ridley lands role in adaptation of YA novel Chaos Walking
Fresh from her success in Star Wars, Ridley is eyeing up another franchise.
Since her break out role as Rey in Star Wars, the young Brit's career has skyrocketed.
Now, she is all set to tackle an adaptation of the popular young adult novel Chaos Walking by Patrick Ness.
The book is set in an eerie, dystopian world where living creatures can hear each other's thoughts.
All threes books in the franchise, have been shortlisted for the Carnegie Medal, with the last bookMonsters Men winning in 2011.
It looks like it's going to be another jam-packed year for Ridley. She has already wrapped production on the latest Star Wars, and is collaborating with J.J. Abrams on a remake of the Israel flic Kolma.
Production for this Lionsgate adaptation is due to start next year.
