Hozier announced as a patron Ireland Week

With a key focus on celebrating innovation in tech, trade, entertainment and cultural ties between Ireland and Los Angeles, this year’s flagship IrelandCon conference is returning once more right into the heart of Silicon Beach to LMU’s new Playa Vista campus.

The starstudded week includes patrons such as Anjelica Huston, Colin Farrell, Roma Downey, Fionnula Flanagan, Chris O’Dowd. Adding to that list today is Hozier, who becomes a patron of the week.

Speaking on his appointment, Hozier said, "I am honoured to be counted among the patrons of this wonderful week. The voice of Irish experience has so much to offer the world in all the ways it manifests creatively and artistically. This week offers a bridge across the Atlantic and a space where that unique experience can be voiced. Be it music, arts or business, I'm sure this week will be enriching for all who take part."

The event is this Friday, November 1st and goes until November 8th.
