Knight Rider isn't just a recurring Family Guy joke, but an actual thing that existed. Surprisingly, for a show that starred David Hasselhoff, most people remembered it for the slick, stylish Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. In a decade of properties known for cool cars, that Trans Am stands out.

If a reboot of yet another 80s nostalgia property doesn't excite you, maybe news that reboot will be directed by Fast and Furious and Star Trek: Beyond's Justin Lin.

The only other news is that the new series will be produced in conjunction with Machinima and Lin's YOMYOMF. Expect more news in the future.
