Filmmaker Werner Herzog coming to Dublin for a public interiew
The German director will come as part of the International Literature Festival in Dublin.
Born in 1942, Werner Herzog was raised in Germany before becoming an internationally successful director and author.
He made his first film aged 19, and since then has produced, written, and directed 70 films including the celebrated Encounters at the End of the World (2007), Grizzly Man (2005), Fitzcarraldo (1982) for which he won Best Director at Cannes Film Festival, and The Enigma of Kaspar Hauser (1972).

'An Evening with Cult Hero Werner Herzog' will take place on May 21 at the National Concert Hall. Tickets priced at €25 are on sale now from www.ilfdublin.com
