Emma Stone Opens Up About Being In Therapy
The Oscar winning actress has revealed that she needed to get professional help to deal with anxiety.
“I was a very, very, very anxious child, and I had a lot of panic attacks. I benefited in a big way from therapy. I started at 7," she reveals
Emma first spoke about having suffered panic attacks back in January, saying that it was "weird" but that's "just the way" she is. But this is the first time she's spoken about the benefits of getting professional help.
The 'La La Land' also said that acting has helped to alleviate her condition. "I still have anxiety to this day – but not panic attacks, knock on wood.”
