During a flurry of Twitter exchanges yesterday about the Harvey Weinstein sex scandal, one social media user messaged Hilarie Burton to say: He also grabbed Hilarie Burton’s breasts on TRL once. Everyone forgot though.” Burton then replied: “I didn’t forget.”
Burton also wrote: ““Seriously, thank you for that. I was a kid. Girls. I’m so impressed with you brave ones. I had to laugh back then so I wouldn’t cry. Sending love.”
The serious of tweets prompted Ben Affleck to reply with: “I acted inappropriately toward Ms. Burton and I sincerely apologize.”
