At the box office this weekend, Cardboard Gangsters, The House, and Wonder Woman rank in top ten
The latest in the popular kids' franchise, Despicable Me 3 hits number one.
In the film world this weekend, the animated hit Despicable Me 3 unsurprisingly hit number one at the box office, with family outings to the cinema earning it a whopping 911,923 euro in its first weekend.
Further down the list (and not for kids) is the Amy Poehler and Will Ferrell comedy The House. For the Hot Press exclusive interview with Ferrell, look for our newest issue, coming out this week.
With the greatest running total in its fifth week, Wonder Woman is at number five with a 68,185 euro from this weekend adding to its great total of 1,770,817 euro.
Irish indie hit Cardboard Gangsters is at number six with a running total of 318,130 euro in its third week. With performances from Love/Hate's John Connors and a cameo from Damien Dempsey, it's a standout Irish film for the year so far.
