Yungblud lists Fontaines DC's 'A Hero's Death' as his top track of 2020

Yungblud has revealed his top 10 tracks of 2020 – giving a special shoutout to Fontaines D.C.'s 'A Hero's Death'.
The Doncaster star shared his top songs of the year to help other voters in triple j's annual Hottest 100 poll get inspired. Other artists, including Billie Eilish, Flume and Tash Sultana, also shared their Top 10 lists.
Yungblud described Fontaines D.C. as "exactly what a 2020 revival of rock n' roll music should be: young people making real, truthful music."
In addition to the Grammy-nominated Dublin band, Yungblud's list also included KennyHoopla's 'how will i rest in peace if i'm buried by a highway?//'; Machine Gun Kelly's 'my ex's best friend' featuring blackbear; Ashnikko's 'Daisy'; beabadoobee's 'Care'; Miley Cyrus' 'Midnight Sky'; 24kGoldn's 'Mood' featuring iann dior; Bring Me The Horizon's 'Parasite Eve'; Oasis' 'Don't Stop... [Demo]'; and The 1975's 'Me & You Together Song'.
On Billie Eilish's list, meanwhile, The Strokes' 'At The Door' took the top spot.
"I wish I could put this whole album as my first choice," she said. "It’s been my favourite album in many years. There is something about The Strokes, I don’t know what it is, man. I love ‘At The Door’, I love the melodies, I love the lyrics, I love everything about it. The Strokes hit a nerve."
