Yes Cadets announce EP
Belfast’s Yes Cadets are set to unleash their first EP, also called Yes Cadets, on October 26, 2009.
It’s the four-piece outfit’s follow-up to their debut single ‘Canada’ released at the beginning of September. The release of the EP will be followed by a UK and Irish Tour.
Yes Cadets formed in Belfast in 2008, united by an unhealthy obsession with Canadian indie and an ear for off-kilter hooks. Their first home recorded demo 'Charm Offensive' received airplay on BBC Radio 1, 6music and 1xtra among others.
Performances at Oxegen and Glasgowbury and a host of notable support shows, most recently opening for alt-rock luminaries Sunset Rubdown, earned them new fans.
