Wild Roots announce 2022 festival lineup
Kaiser Chiefs, James Morrison, Damien Dempsey, and more are set to perform at the June bank holiday festival in Sligo next summer.
Wild Roots, Music Performing Arts and Adventure Festival have announced the lineup for their June 2022 event.
After being postponed earlier this year, the festival was rescheduled for June 3-5, 2022. James Morrison, Kaiser Chiefs, Razorlight, King Kong Company, Hermitage Green, Damien Dempsey, The Blizzards, Soda Blonde, JYellowL and more are set to perform at the festival next summer.
In addition to the musical acts, the festival will include adventure activities and performing arts events.
"Wild Roots Festival will be an iconic cultural gathering next Summer, with an eclectic and diverse line-up of arts and music, that will rival any major European Festival," said Neil O'Connell, festival director for Wild Roots. "We were incredibly humbled by the support that was shown by our ticket holders, the majority of whom retained their tickets."
"We look forward to welcoming you all to the Shores of Lough Gill next June, one of the most beautiful places in the world and to experience something truly inspiring," added O'Connell.
Tickets will be on sale this Friday, November 5 on the Wild Roots website.
