The performer and member of The Pipettes was made a Bard of the Cornish Gorsedh in 2019 for "services to the Cornish language through music and the media"
The Welsh artist wrote the album while in St. Ives before the Covid lockdowns of 2020 before finishing it in Cardiff with her co-producer Rhys Edwards.
