The film is comprised of numerous comic book villains including, Will Smith as Deadshot, Wolf of Wall Street Star Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn and of course, Leto as The Joker.

With Hollywood films usually creating big screen adaptations of films about comic book heroes from Batman to Superman, this is a film with a twist, documenting the treacherous activities of the villains.
